All customer inquiries will be responded to within 2 business days. Our policy on returns? If an item you ordered from Smokey Mountain Sports. com does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just contact us with your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return. We will reply shortly with the correct address you can return the item. When we recieve the returned items a full refund will sent to you promptly plus shipping.
If you were sent an incorrect, damaged or defective due to shipping of the product, we will issue a FULL Refund and any applicable shipping charges upon recieveing product. After 30 days return will not be accepted. ( Contact us ) How long does shipping take? Your order will be fulfilled 1 to 3 business days after receipt. All packages will be shipped by standard FED EX, UPS Ground Service, DHL Ground Service or USPS Mail at the discretion of Smokey Mountain Sports. Standard delivery will be 3-7 business days from the time of shipment, depending on the destination (within the contiguous U.S.A.). You may receive multiple packages per order. Large and bulky items take a bit longer and cost a bit more because oversize charges apply.

On International orders, additional shipping charges may apply. Ship to more than one address? We can not ship to multiple addresses. Everything in a single order must be shipped to the same address. If you want items shipped to separate addresses (as gifts, for example), you'll need to place a separate order for each address.
Can I change/add to my order after it has been submitted? We begin processing your order as soon as you submit it. Once your order has been submitted we are unable to make any changes to the order. Carefully review your order before clicking on the final check out button. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Will I receive an order confirmation by email? We will email you an order receipt immediately after you submit your order. As your order gets shipped out, we will send you courtesy emails making you aware the shipping status of your order has changed. If you are not receiving our emails, it was either accidently typed in wrong when placing the order, or it was rejected by your mail server and classified as spam. Please check any spam filters you have in place or email/call us to have us investigate your order.
How do I get a tracking number? A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. International Orders? We welcome international orders and are quite proud to have shipped to over 10 different countries! While we speak English only, we will do what we can to accommodate other languages. International orders are normally shipped via USPS or FedEx International Express. We will make other arrangements per your request. Shipping charges vary greatly depending on method of shipment and destination. Please contact us for shipping cost if they are of concern. All international shipping costs are actual costs. All orders must be prepaid. For international orders, we accept PayPal, and International Money Orders payable in US Dollars.
